  • Are all items in stock?

    Products on our website are in stock unless otherwise stated. If we ever run out of a product that you have ordered we will call you right away to let you know.

  • Can I get my order delivered to a different address?

    The first time you order we can only deliver to the registered card / Paypal address. For subsequent orders you can specify a different delivery address whilst completing your order.

  • Can I have a credit account?

    We offer credit accounts for businesses. To apply for a credit limit please email us your company details to accounts@rivieramultimedia.co.uk and we can check the available limit for you. Once a credit account is open you can order through the website, specifying "payment by credit account" when checking out.

  • Can I specify a timed delivery?

    Yes, you can selected pre 9.30am or pre 12pm services whilst completing your order. If you need delivery the same day it may be possible to send a van to you right away! Please call us on 01226 730606 and we can check for you.

  • Can I track my order?

    You can login here and view your account our website. Go to "Track Orders" then click "View Order History" on the order you need. This will display the progress of an order. You should also receive tracking information from the carrier once we ship. If you need our help to track an order please contact us directly and we can assist.

  • Do I have an account?

    If you have ordered from us before you will have a website login already. You can access this using your email address and password. If you don't know your password please call us on 01226 730606 and we can reset it for you.

  • Does this DVD case have an outer wrap for a cover / inlay?

    Every item marked "DVD case" on our website has a clear outer cellophane wrap for insertion of a cover or inlay unless otherwise stated.

  • How can I pay for my order?

    We currently accept all major credit / debit cards and your payment will be taken securely via our online payment partner Sagepay. We also accept Paypal and you can checkout with Paypal too if you prefer. We can also speak to you directly over the phone to process your order if that's more convenient - please call us on 01226 730606.

  • How do I cancel an order?

    If you have placed an order you wish to cancel please call us immediately on 01226 730606. There are various reasons why you may need to cancel and if we have already shipped the order we may need to arrange a return instead of simply cancelling the order.

  • How do I check the status of an order?

    You can login here and view your account our website. Go to "Track Orders" then click "View Order History" on the order you need. This will display the progress of an order.   • How do I place an order?

    Simply add the items you want to buy to the shopping cart and when you're ready you can check out, entering your delivery and payment details and any specific instructions we may need.

  • How do I return items to you?

    If you wish to return any items to us please fill a Returns Request by clicking HERE. We will then send you an returns form which you should print and include with the items you're sending back. Any items we receive without a returns form may not be processed or refunded.

  • I can't find the answer to my question. What do I do?

    The phones are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or you can drop us an email at sales@rivieramultimedia.co.uk. Please contact us directly and we can help.

  • I can't login to my account

    You can login here to your account. If you are having trouble or have forgotten your password please call us on 01226 730606 and we can help.

  • I need a VAT invoice

    You can login here and retrieve all your invoices from our website. Go to "Track Orders" then click "View Order History" on the order you need. The invoice is accessible from the order history page. If you are a credit account holder we can send you a copy invoice too - please email accounts@rivieramultimedia.co.uk with your request.

  • I wish to subscribe / unsubscribe from your mailing list

    We send out the latest news and offers via email every 1-2 weeks. To subscribe or unsubscribe from our newsletter please email us at info@rivieramultimedia.co.uk and we can update our mailing list.

  • My delivery is damaged - what do I do?

    Unfortunately, sometimes goods will be damaged in transit. If your delivery arrives damaged please email us at breakages@rivieramultimedia.co.uk and tell us what is damaged, including your order in the email. If you let us know within 24 hours of your delivery we can ship out replacements free of charge. Please keep any damaged items as they may need to be collected or inspected during any claims procedure that follows. If you do not let us know within 24 hours from delivery we are not able to offer a free reship but we can credit or refund for any items damaged.

  • What does shipping cost?

    The shipping cost is calculated by weight and delivery address. When you check out all the shipping options and costs will be displayed before you are asked to pay.   • When will I receive my order?

    If you order before 3.30pm Monday to Friday we will ship your order the same day. We use next business day services with Fedex, Interlink and Parcelforce. If your order is large enough that it has to be palletised then shipping time may be affected - please call us if your delivery is time-critical. Most orders arrive the next business day but on rare occasions deliveries can be delayed. If you order is time critical we have guaranteed services available - they cost more but give you the delivery guarantee you need. Guaranteed services are Interlink "pre 9.30am" and "pre 12pm" and Fedex "Saturday delivery". Please call us on 01226 730606 if you need any help with our delivery services.

  • Will my order ship today?

    If you order before 3.30pm on a weekday, we will ship your order the same day. Orders placed after 3.30pm or over the weekend will be shipped the next business day.

  • You have sent me the wrong items!

    We are only human and on very rare occasions you may end up with something you didn't order - oops very sorry! Please call us straight away on 01226 730606 and we can arrange to collect those items and send the correct ones to you asap.
